Welcome to Lendy Park School
It is a great pleasure to introduce you to Lendy Park School. Since 1991, Lendy Park School has been working to deliver high quality but affordable Christian education. A member of the Association of Trust Schools of Zimbabwe and the Association of Christian Schools Southern Africa, Lendy Park strives to offer a holistic experience to our learners but centred on our Christian faith and sense of community and service.
Lendy Park School is not affiliated to any specific denomination, but focuses on the core belief that salvation comes through Jesus Christ alone. All we do is directed towards ensuring that the children who leave Lendy Park are saved in Christ; have a sound academic foundation so that they can be successful at secondary school (ATS or otherwise); to have the basic sporting skills required to establish a sound foundation for further development in a range of sporting disciplines; to be able to play at least one musical instrument and have the ability to read music at a basic level and finally understand their role in the community and their role, both now and in the future. They can, however, extend themselves in any of the aforementioned areas.
Choosing a school is not an easy task as there are so many variables to weigh up. Our uniqueness centres on our active pursuit of Christ is all that we do: all day, every day. If a relationship with God is an important aspect of your family life, then Lendy Park School is for you and your family.
Our short term goals are to strengthen our academic offering with the introduction of the Cambridge Primary Frameworks to support and broaden what is offered by the ZIMSEC frameworks. This will ensure that we can teach the children 21st century skills that they will need in the future.
